C9 I can still get, but Furia, Leviatan and Sentinels aren't "top teams".

Furia has insane potential (i'd equate them to FUT and Navi), SEN hasn't had a chance to show their new lineup with genuine time and practice, and LEV was insane earlier in the season and can return to form with some work.
