I feel like realistically they should give a chance to some french speaking players in the T2 scene, before they consider imports. Also if Apeks doesn't make franchising Enzo would be a great choice as IGL

I don't think KCorp are allowed to sign anyone. Heretics, Sentinels and likely Vitality situations bit different if the rumors of Heretics are true. I could be wrong. And when it comes to next year again not worth it I don't think. French has some pretty good tier 2 talent if KCorp are willing to pay. Relocating a player could be not be worth it, especially when GMD isn't anything crazy.
