If Pacific doesn't reach the finals this time too, do we declare that Pacific is the weakest region? Or is that already a fact?

Also - Anyone, any day. This applies to having bad games, good games - anything.
The regions do not actually have the massive power imbalance you see. The top-tier teams are similarly strong, and the mid tier teams are similarly strong, and the bottom-tier teams are similarly weak. ( I do admit, however, Pacific has the lowest low teams in franchising - but the rest are still on the level of Americas and EMEA.)
Pacific looked very good in the regional split playoffs. There is really no need to be an asshole and look down on a region for not making finals; theyd still whoop your ass anyday ingame.
