People on here think every duelist just goes out there and kills people. They all ignore the fact the best duelist is set up well. He was incredible even on ENVY when setup well. The people who think he's washed are just casuals who understand this game at a very basic level.

I think he just needs some time on a good team to be back. Cryo was looking bad, and everyone was calling him washed, but he's back now (even though his team just keeps going down).

YAY's playstyle is unfeasable for most teams. look at d1 and derke, they are easy to set up easy to get kills and entry with

he fall off honestly. He's good i think but needs like a lot of support. Imo i think duelist players are kinda overrated. They function based on their team system and support.

yay is still one of the best players in the world rn its impossible to go from being used to playing with the best team of all time to now playing with nobodies and still having to play against teams optic lost to like the guard.

yay is a system player. he'd still be insane if he had the right support but he would never find success in a shit team like other duelist players can

I don't think DSG really had enough to set up yay even a portion of what he was during the envy days. It'll be interesting to see if DSG can pull together ideas to use him well in this current meta.
