They are definitely saving maps but idek about strats for the maps they've been showing (ascent pearl haven split). They will def wake up even more for playoffs but I would be (pleasantly) surprised if we saw a lot of new stuff on the maps they have been playing
Less just joked about that in an interview. he didn't want to confirm manito's claims, but knowing them, it's about avoiding any weight on their shoulders, it helps to avoid pressure
also: you guys don't think about that, but a lot of pros actually read vlr.gg nd r/ValorantCompetitive posts. most are probably aware of those discussions
Loud with this comp only lost to optic in Reykjavic, this ascent was the expected, they still are the best team in this map.
Yes, you are right. They have 5 good maps but not the same dominance. Also we don't know about their bind and lotus(they don't have as the first ban but nobody picked against them(scrimms demons?))
I have a feeling their bind is strong but not as strong as a team like NRG

what is your obsession with loud strat saving. They banned it because they are saving it for playoffs. when people say "saving strats" they are more so referring to how Loud is literally only playing a rotation of 4 maps this split, not really specific new strats/comps on the maps that they are playing. They will most likely look the same/slightly better on haven,split,pearl,ascent, and then be a very scary new team on any other map.
they banned bind cuz they knew NRG would pick against them. Teams that don't have a solid bind they didn't ban.Also I think it's better for Loud to play the least different maps as possible.
why would they prepare bind when they have zero info on louds bind and loud are historically very good on it
