Does Skye need a small nerf?

Skye has quietly become one of the most picked agents, and Bind is another map she's always picked on. I've noticed her heal seems to be better than Sage's and her dog can clear space much faster than Sova drone, and finally she's the only agent with more than two flashes. Her ult is the weakest in the game but besides that it seems like she's too versatile compared to most agents.

Her versitility is her thing. Shes supposed to be the best all-around initiator having info flashes and a heal. Her whole weakness was that she had a mid ult but tbh I think her ult is actually really good. If I would nerf anything it would be the ult. Idt she needs to be changed tho, as you see character based games change their metas around one character. Skye is being used because double wall is prominent and they dont want to sacrifice a kj for a sova or kayo. She will slowly get worse as harbor or viper become more irrelevant.

I think she’s meta not bc the individual util is strong, but bc she fills a unique role in a comp as the only agent with info + flashes. Look at LOUD’s pearl comp, they can run double controller and sentinel because of Skye (otherwise they would need a flash agent and an info agent).

They should prob leave Skye alone but give fade a very slight buff tbh. Or just redesign Pearl B site

No, the main reason shes being played is because teams are running double controller on a lot of maps. Since this means they only have 1 initiator they pick skye because she offers good info and flash util. If we had a double initiator meta then skye would see much less play.

If no Skye nerf then personally I would buff Sage heal, since often Skye heal is only used on one target and it can bring them to 100 way faster than Sage's does. Also because Sage pickrate is rarely used with Icebox out

Imo her ult is good as well

Skye used to be op but now she is pretty balanced. I do think Sage should be the best healer in game but Skye has always healed better (even more so with Sage nerf)

Just because an agent fits into a meta well doesn’t necessarily mean they are over powered. She is just by far the best initiator in terms of double controller synergy and nerfing any one part of her kit any more than they have done would make her useless imo.

The only one thing that I could see as a good change would be increasing the risk of her flashing for info (similar to how she has a bar on her flash for the strength of her flash maybe if the flash travels for long enough it won’t provide info)

Edit: I really don’t think this change is even needed though. Skye flash info can be incredibly misleading and it was definitely designed with that purpose. Sliggy has commented on this a lot and I share this opinion that not enough teams 4:1 split to give false info on pearl
