often times he's the player that get booted when the team doesn't work, yet he's never the worst performing player on the team. is it personality problem or just purely bad luck?

Heretics have probably the worst managemente/decision making of Valorant.
If you watched Mixwell LCQ vlogs you would know that Zeek is mentally unstable.

Mental issues when the team was down, which is one more reason why he is not reliable when things don't work out
Things will definitely work out better if you bench your best player for your assistant coach and keep the other 4 bots

I think this'll def be a humbling experience for him but he is for sure a top top tier player in every sense. Put him on purely raze and sova in VRL East next split/next year and he will absolutely farm. Look at what Musashi does for ACE, he plays the same agent pool but historically at a higher level. Make him the star of a T2 team(AGO or VP enter???) and let him play his comfort picks and he will be seen as a T1 player sooner rather than later.
