Could be a marketing issue for the tournament matches. Also because I think most PH people are just casual players so they don't have the habit of watching pro matches. Valorant is decently popular in the Philippines, or at least I would say it's mainstream. There's even a Facebook group for valorant with like a million members lol and it's pretty active.
