The only way 100T have a chance is if they have asuna playing a agent his comfortable with and if cryo wakes up
dexter000111 [#3]nah 100T rarely rely on individual pop-offs
they don’t but imo to beat nrg they have to be on their A game
gOatsaken [#6]they don’t but imo to beat nrg they have to be on their A game
Sure it would help but I think their main win-condition is far from individual performances
To beat a team as tactically sound as NRG, I think 100T need to have solid prep, a good game plan, be coordinated and get the maps right

and have good mid-rounding which has seemed to really lack after sgares left
But in the Lev game, the mid rounding looked good, so I hope they can keep that
DarKnight007 [#12]Nah, Bang just needs to bang, this guy is fucking insane.
Agree
100t cooked him well done.
gamr [#10]bro did not watch NA LCQ last year
bro thinks they won LCQ off of individual pop-offs even thought their literal primary duelist had a really poor performance

Brotha, Derek literally had 40-60 clutches in that tournament.
If Derek performed like today's performance in that lcq, the guard would 3-0 them easily.

He had 18 to be exact but surely you don't think derrek winning them 18 rounds over 18 maps (which averages to 1 clutch per map) is what won them the entire LCQ right ?

please use some critical thinking

my brother in Christ, Derrek was clutching harder than Shao at Copenhagen at LCQ, not to mention Asuna having his best tournament performance ever by far.

I agree with gamr. Derek performance in clutching was miles better (greater?) and more impactful than shao
He break timing, make momentum to his team
You cannot just tell his impact just from the stat.

plus Asuna did well as an entry fragger (insane FK/FD) but that's something he always does. Even now on raze he wins so many opening duels. That's his baseline skill as a duelist and he is also set-up very well for it by his team. Not a pop-off.
And even that was compensated for by Will having a bad tournament

Will did not nearly have as bad of a tournament as it’s painted out to be. He had plenty of impactful moments in their most important matches, especially vs FaZe and The Guard. And if you really think that is Asuna’s baseline skill level, then I encourage you to find a single tournament where he performed that well.

Asuna's entry fragging always been good bro wym. He was regarded as the entry demon of NA at one point. And SURELY you don't think it was as big a pop-off to qualify as a carry or anything. Are you saying a tactically sound team like The Guard got 3-0'd just bcoz of individual skill ?
100T won LCQ bcoz they had better coordination and better set-plays and better post plants and an abnormally high pistol winrate

literally look through all his 2021 tournaments
compared to guard's fluke ass run to LAN event and going 0-2 and falling off the rest of the year to now losing to G2,

ik you love 100T but your copium is just absurd lmfao. its a fact that 100t only won LCQ due to individual performance, its always been like this. their calling is shit/mid and rely on individuals

Please enlighten me. What exact individual performances are talking about. Besides derrek having 18 clutches, which even though is insane, still not enough to justify an entire tournament run
Apart from that everyone else played at their regular level, in fact Will played way below his actual beast potential that we saw at champions

Agree with Andrew here. Not always, but individual performance, especially derrek, won them the finals. It's not because of their strat or coordination or set play.
Derrek literally got exposed in the champs

"regular level"?
against GUARD in finals:
Derrek dropped 177, 162 AND 198 ADR while playing initiator + 2 1v2s. (regular btw)
Asuna 177, 219, 123 ADR + 11/5 FK
Stellar 140 ADR (WAY above than his regular ADR) 6/3 in FK, 2 1v1s and 1 1v2.
4 players of the team going +10, multiple clutches and multikills.
hopefully this is enough to open your eyes because im not going to cite every players stats to see your absurd they were. (against FAZE its even worse lol)
