everyone up here seems to keep thinking the calling is the issue

if it was they wouldn’t be having close games

the calling is fine the issue dephh’s lack of mechanical skill he should not be playing agents like kay/0 breach and skye if he cant win a fight

they lost so many rounds because he couldn’t get THE important kill he’s just horrible mechanically and needs to be on passive roles that don’t require him to take fights which is why if marved is not staying they need to put tenz on flex and dephh on smokes (pancada has looked very good on sentinel)

the argument for tenz on flex is he looks best on second entry type agents and that has always been the case even on old sen tenz was never their main entry it was always shaz on jett or sick on phx and raze

those roles literally fix the issues
sacy - initiator (sova/skye/breach)
tenz - flex (kay0/sage)
zekken - duelist
dephh - perma smokes
pancada - sentinel

read it or dont but this fixes the team IF marved isn’t staying

tldr; if marved doesnt want to play the roles should stay the same as today except tenz flex and dephh smokes

I think with Sacy + Marved + pAncada, three experienced players they do not need a "full IGL" (at least not at dephh level)

Just put one of them as IGL, and someone to be IGL assistant.

But now It's too late for this, they gonna keep this bot dephh.

Right? That's what I'm thinking. With how marved was playing today I feel like most of their mid rounds on attack were decided by his movement. And sacy has also always been in a leadership role. Plus dephh's calling on defense has always been questionable. That should be mostly covered by preps and setups. If dephh is replaced I feel like they would have a much higher ceiling and floor in the long run.

Better Fix,

TenZ- AWP, Sage and kayo when they dont run jett
Zekken - Flash Iniatior
Sacy - Iniatior
Dephh - Smokes
Pancada - Sentinel

and All 2022 TenZ was the entry so idk what you mean by that lol and he had some insane games even on a 60 Ping but today it felt like the team was actually playing behind zekken and not letting him die alone on site like how sentinels were doing the last 2 weeks which made tenz look like shit but I think with the new coach they have better setups and looked better on executes so next week we will probably see tenz frag more.

Honestly they could do as they did at XSET, Sacy to be IGL during Attack, dephh to be IGL during CT as sentinel.

im talking about peak sen not that shit show of 2022.. cause that didn’t work whatsoever so idk what you’re try trying to say by saying “ and all of 2022 “ its not like sen did anything at all in 2022 and maybe that’s because sick wasnt entrying anymore and it was tenz.. the difference is night and day when he’s entrying and when he’s second in he has even admitted himself saying he plays better when he’s second in and it given the chance to play trades and your second point about not letting him die alone on site is a weird take to say the least.. tenz put himself in those situations by overheating and bad positioning.. its not a slight to tenz to say zekken play the entry role better than him some of the best players in the world have been second entry’s yay was second in to victor cryo wasnt entry on xset it was zekken

Fix:

Get tenz off first entry (doesn’t matter if he’s still a duelist or not)
Get zekken on first entry
Ideally still put tenz on op but idk how viable that still would be with the agents he’ll be playing
Sacy remains on initiator
Dephh on smokes
Pancada on sentinels

IF
dephh is gone then Marved would of course go on smokes
Only problem is that we don’t have a full grasp on Sacy’s igl ability and whether his performance would drop BECAUSE he’s igling
