Yeah this is what I don't get. I thought the role changes came from Kaplan and the players and syyko opposed it?
And if Kaplan was running strategy and management are disappointed with the team performance on the server why would syyko be the one fired?

You don't know for sure either, it's all just speculation. Maybe there was an internal problem, maybe they decided they don't like how the teams performing so they fired the coach. You can speculate what's more likely but you don't know.
