to be able to consistently keep up with high level pugs where (i assume) most are actively trying to win has to speak to individual capability to some miniscule degree imo (case in point: N4RRATE). Otherwise there is no data to support my statement then, except sarah's stints.
All this is simply postulation based on scarce amounts of evidence anyway. I never implied it was anything else. If they're decent, they will prove it by the end of the year. If they're shit, oh well.

i'd say it's justified to a degree lol. everyone was calling n4rrate a ranked player before he got teleported to challengers, and so far he hasn't been shitting the bed. There is SOME merit to consistent showings in pugs (honestly can't believe i'm saying this lmao), believe it or not.

pugs mean absolutely nothing,they didnt pick him up because he was good in pugs they probably tried out multiple people and he did good

pugs themselves mean nothing but to say that they do not indicate to ANY degree AT ALL how good a player is individually is a dumb take.

tired of arguing cause i don't even disagree with your overall take. GC does little to improve the women's scene, it's moreso just to attract more female players.
V1 is focusing on co-ed results, and we shall be where they lie by the end of the year. That is all. There is no argument here.
