I think out of the tier 2 options for duelist he might be one of the most solid options. There is 2 or 3 better, but not many more, he hasn't played this split but he is cracked

i would say only takas, miniboo, russ and sociablee are better than him
i dont watch other t2 leagues too much tho only turkish one

Well MiniBoo can't compete in VCT yet. And Polvi was better than all Takas, russ and sociable last year, we would have to see him again this year tho. Only actual better duelist I can think of is Jugi. Tomaszy, Alive and the ones you mentioned are pretty equal imo
