Do you expect that more Brazilians will be playing at NA teams?
I think LOUD players surely will be poached by NA teams next year, Mwzera too, since now they're all learning English by playing NA server and since NA salary is higher than BR

Probably yeah, I think if you play "average" this year teams will try to replace you any way they can and that includes picking up SA players. Still think a lot of the below-average players on NA teams right now will be replaced by younger high ceiling players by this time next year if their season goes poorly.

ASSUMING these guys' teams don't make ascension. There is no reason guys like Verno, Trent, eeiu, valyn, koalanoob, etc. shouldn't be on franchise teams next year.

Yeah but my issue is that teams would prefer someone with experience (who is playing at T1) than someone from ascension, but I think that NA teams surely will try to poach LATAM and BR, In game leaders since they all speak English fluently.

To be fair most of the guys in Ascension played T1 last year. They scrim these guys 24/7 as well and are aware of how good they are on a personal level. I can't see an NA org having more than 2 SA players on a team.

for sure, is hard for LOUD to cover offers from all their players since NA teams can just pay a insane value for get one of them.

Could def see NRG getting Aspas if Ardiis doesn't work out and 100T trying to get Saadhak (again) and Less.

Hopefully not, it would be nice to see teams try to grow talent for their own region instead of importing.

Yeah but issue is that even ascension-challengers will be mix by NA and SA
So, if BR or LATAM ended up winning this, NA is fucked

I'm an NA fan but I got nothing but love for the SA teams. I'd be proud to cheer for them on the NA orgs but it just sucks for the NA players who have been grinding for franchise.

I agree with you, it sucks.
But the problem is that SA players salary in T2 is way less than in NA, no one in T2 from BR get paid like 3-5k month.
probably at max 1k month as average.

It sucks because now it will be even more competitive to join T1 team.

If they want history to repeat itself, then Yes.
If they do not want history to repeat itself, then No.

IMO, they shouldn’t follow what the LCS did tbh. The LCS orgs imported players from different countries and proceeds to be the worst “major” region in LOL. With 0 worlds and 0 MSI iirc.
