@Riot Too many Matches

As a fellow fan of competitive gaming, I have been closely following Riot's efforts to provide an exciting and engaging esports experience. However, I have noticed a trend that I believe needs to be addressed - the increasing number of matches in a tight schedule.

I understand that Riot's goal is to provide as many opportunities as possible for fans to engage with their favorite teams and players. But the reality is, not everyone has the luxury of being able to follow every single match, especially if they have other responsibilities in their lives.

The current schedule can be overwhelming, and it can be challenging to keep up with all the games if you are not jobless or do not have enough free time to dedicate to watching them 24/7. The abundance of matches can take away from the enjoyment of watching the games and the excitement of the competition.

In my opinion, Riot should consider stretching out the schedule to make it more comfortable for fans to enjoy. By doing so, they can maintain the quality of the matches and the overall viewing experience, while also ensuring that fans have enough time to catch up on the games they may have missed.

I hope that Riot takes this feedback into consideration and works towards providing a more manageable schedule for their esports events. This would not only benefit the fans but also the players and teams who put in so much effort to compete at the highest level.

Thank you for reading my thoughts, and I look forward to hearing from others in the community.

from pros talking about playing, most pro players in valo/CS will choose playing through the year like this than competing for a month like it was before franchising. Yes, there are more events sometimes which do clash but its better than nothing.

Watching Emea & Na is normal.

I only watch nrg, sen, loud in NA, liquid, koi , kc in emea, drx, t1 in Pacific. Those are teams get me excited from watching. I skip other teams

You think a football fan watches every match? That's why you pick favorite teams or regions or just casually watch whatever is live

pros have the opposite issue that there are only a few games for them to play which limits sponsorship opportunities. you dont have to watch all the games, just watch a handful you care about

Watching Emea & Na is normal.

Define normal. It's definitely not normal if you're working or have a busy school schedule. while plenty of people with the time will, riot don't expect valorant viewers to watch multiple regions. It doesn't make sense to expect them to schedule around that possibility, nor is it reasonable for them to do so. Valorant is a global e-sport. Choose a region to follow closely and loosely follow others if you don't have the time to watch everything.

Watching Emea & Na is normal.

Watching all EMEA and NA games? That is not normal. Most working professionals would be lucky to sneak in 2 games a week max.

All of us know whatever you proposed is not normal. A franchise league NEEDS TO BE A ROUND ROBIN. 10 teams in each league will require a lot of games.

Riot has made it perfectly viable to watch the games for the teams you care about. A typical person follows 1-2 teams at max. And each team plays 1 game per week. How is this a tight schedule? Its already so spread out with so many gap days.

Too many? I'm thinking more like not enough, you can only see the team you support once a week and that's not a lot, it doesn't work like that on csgo and other esports, maybe you're just new to the scene.

I mostly follow APAC live, I watch replays of NA/EMEA if I like the team or if I have time to watch the teams I don't really care

That's why you're stuck in Silver. You need to watch EMEA games to understand how to play. nA matches are just Deathmatch practice with constant rushes.
