Can you do that? Intuitively it makes sense, but for some reason, I think something was considered an import even though he's from Vladivostok (I believe) and played in Japan. I would guess it has more to do with your country of residence, which would be Russia which is considered CIS.

i Pretty sure theres a loop hole where D3ffo can enter ge as a non import because russia is EU and Asia. Hes also joining GE 100% because All Indian players visas got denied
