I ate beef, prok and chicken and straightup hated the flavour for beef although chicken was okay but considering how people says meat is the best thing I was like 💀
it is good but the healthiest practice in a lot of cases is to only eat 2-3 times a week, not every day. fatty red meats are really delicious and chicken is like a blank canvas for any good seasoning. fish is underrated but really good and good for you
It's not directly carcinogenic. The bigger issue with red meat that's more relevant it that it increases risk factors for chronic health conditions, and even those are like heart conditions.
