That's not what I meant. ik how continents work. But EMEA ≠ Europe. We have to guide ourselves by how Riot splits regions not the actual geography my friend. Russia is EMEA and it can't be EMEA in one side and Asia on the other side. For example if that was the case is Dimasick not EMEA for example?
Do you think Russians that live on the very far east are playing on Europeans servers with high ping or Asian servers with average ping? I don't think Riot considers all of Russia in the EMEA region.
Dimasick has been living in europe since before valorant came out. Same with Dephh, doesn't make them imports.
Dude it's not about what server you play in. That's just not how it works, it's about what country you reside in, and that is Russia which is an EMEA country as easy as that.
Let me put a different example then. Most part of Turkey is Asian too does that make them not be EMEA? Do you think the Saudi Arabia team who are on the MENA VCL play on European servers? No, but they're EMEA because their country is part of EMEA
EMEA ≠ EU
EMEA stands for Europe Middle East and Africa, but to make it clear the major regions it contains are EU, CIS, Turkey and MENA. Russia is part of CIS as simple as that.
It's really not about the servers when it comes to determining where the player is from. Many Latam north players play on NA servers, that doesn't make them NA players. The servers do deserve credit of where the player has grown it's skills tho
