2) americas
3) emea
pacific actually looks pretty cool. Although americas logo looks like a spike which looks mid. emea's logo is weird, its literally a crosshair in a x.

Would be pretty cool if now each VCL gets its own logo too. Maybe all EMEA teams a red one, Americas orange and Pacific Blue. Leave the old one just for international events
