i have question about ascension

so all the teams from the regions that are at the top, they compete in 1 final lan, and only 1 team from all the regions gets to go to franchise?

Three tournaments, one in each international territory
Featuring the best Challengers teams in each region
The winners of each Ascension tournament qualify for the 2024 and 2025 International League in their respective international territory.

1 team in each region will get franchised.
