Do people ACTUALLY believe in Valorant curses?

1. 9-3 Curse
2. 2nd place curse
3. (Insert org name) curse
   etc.
4. Tarik Jinx
   Why do guys believe these curses so much? It as if teams actually choke because of them.
   In the end of the day, the team lost because they made mistakes or they are bad.

reason for 9-3 curse

1. most maps are T or CT sided, so yeah
2. there are more cases that 9-3 curse doesn't happen, 8-4 combacks are pretty common, 10-2 barely happen, so 9-3 is in the middle
3. idk why but if often happens in important matches/sets
4. the term '9-3' is memeified in people's mind so whenever 9-3 combacks happen, the go like "Oh yeah remember that match? NINE THREE CURSE."
   2nd place curse
   stats show that all 2nd placed teams never made past group stage so I guess its a thing

reason why it happens is false overconfidence that you won the match. The lead makes you play more relax and you make mistakes.
