Yo, what is this sh*t about Yay getting cut off from Cloud9? how much true is that? El diablo supremacy fr..
Just a tweet from purest

But Geddes did a full article after purest posted it

What issues? I don't think there was any beef among the teammates but then again its hard to know. I know time will fix this but if the report of C9 dropping yay is actually true then its bad that they didn't even get time to fix things as a team and get better. No team needs to let any player go and try to focus on making the 5 man work atleast for 6 months to a year.
yay can play Jett at a similar level (it's not that hard to look at 2021 matches of him, saying he's a one trick chamber proves you have no clue what you're saying)
If he actually leaves/gets benched, it will not be because of how he performs in-game, it doesn't make sense after just a couple months. It has to be something outside of the game or simply not aligning with whatever vision c9 staff & vanity have about how to approach game plan for this year.
The thing is, with chamber meta yay became a really disciplined player who took peeks with chamber and escaped which made his playstyle a mix of slow and fast. With jett its different in 2023, the dash is activated unlike 2021 and jett is a an agent that creates chaos and thrives in it like every duelist which chamber didn't do and yay's playstyle has suited more to chamber over the last year and now its just difficult for him to move back to jett right away.
Given time I know yay can fix it but as of now I'm not sure.
