I swear, this event is becoming like the Brazil major. The fans are only coming to watch the LOUD + MIBR matches, and I believe it will be the same for the Furia matches. The stadiums are always near empty for when the brazilian teams arent empty. Like I get that more people would come to Brazilian games, but also show some respect for the other teams that are there. At best there’s always a handful of people and tiny pockets of people for non-Brazil matches. Does anyone else feel like this?

Tbh tho I probably wouldn’t stay to watch 2 teams that I really could not care about if I was a Loud fan and also you have to consider that these matches take long and not everyone has time to watch both the games

I get your point. Im not trying to ask for a fully packed stadium. At least a half packed stadium would be nice. This is considerably one of the biggest events in VCT history. This LOCK//IN is basically the world cup for VCT. Using your logic, the Qatari shouldn't have attended a single match after the group stage as their teams lost during the World Cup.

The worst part about it is that there are teams that genuinely have incredible storylines and rosters but the people there just… don’t care

No body who went to watch the world cup was Qatari or even gave a fuck about how Qatar did

I too find it embarassing specially if you pay for the whole day but only watch one BO3. That doesn't make sense to me. It's sunday, I get that the carnival is here but watching one BO3 and then leave seems like waste of money.

But most brazilian don't think like that.

I remember Brazilian fans were clamoring for a tournament to be held in Brazil, saying they'd show us all what a real crowd looked like. What real passion looks like. Maybe the external factors people were talking about earlier is affecting it.

You didnt take Riot's lack of organization in the event, there were several days with sold out tickets, but a bunch of people were left out due to some incidents

that doesnt make much of a difference. take LoL worlds for example. There was a crowd for every single match, even during the Play Ins. Even when NA got eliminated, there were still substantially large crowds who went to watch the best teams play and just watch some good games

ur not realizing that riot did a poor job handling this tournament and that the fans dont want to go unless they are seeing their favorite team, else theres no need

bro just finding ways to hate on brazilians
