NA and EU serious talk

This rivalry will never be fair anymore because NA has 5 teams due to merge with SA while EU has 10 teams. Also most people count NA and SA separately. How do you fix this?

at max 4 teams qualify from emea for masters and champions to it should be balanced out.
both regions should produce a top team around the same strength so the rivalry will always be there

That's true, OMEGA bracket will show the top EU teams and I still think 100T will be the strongest NA team
