one of the best cities in the country by far, and doesn't have high crime rate like Shit Paulo
u can walk with ur mobile on streets without being robbed
actually, that is quite nice.
The architecture and general design of the buildings look good, the public infrastructure is pleasant (nice, high quality sidewalk, trees, nice benches...)
Even just general maintenance of the city looks very well done. Much better than most places i know, actually.
I think they just hosted it in Sao Paulo because Riot already has infrastructure there (if i am not mistaken, that is where the BR valo servers are, right?), and it has hosted big esports events in the past
