This is why you read the fine print. As far as I know, this isn't breaking any rules or clauses in Riot's partnership program. GE and S8UL's partnership, per their words:

GE and S8UL's partnership is aimed to help VALORANT's ecosystem in India, and by no means this will compromise Global Esports' place within the Pacific League and their stance with Riot.
