ive seen enough, get this man on a franchised team IMMEDIATELY
Cloud9 and 100 Thieves tried their best to get him. Knights refused to let him go.
Knights manager addressed this in the Wisemen podcast (you can watch it on Hiko's channel). Long story short he said they had invested too much time and money into skuba and getting the team synergy going to just let him go. And he added that they worked hard to develop skuba into a good player and it's not fair to expect them to just let him go the moment he gets good or starts having some success (seems fair from their perspective but sucks for Skuba)

they are idiot by letting him free, no? even if it's low buyout, it's miles better than letting skuba free because contract was expired

The timing was weird. He additionally mentioned that at the time they were hoping to get into the franchised league so it didn't make sense, and it wouldn't look good, to sell their best player at the time
Rosario [#4]surprised nrg didnt go for him tbh i also saw an interview that chet praised him
NRG prolly wanted to keep at least one player from their old roster and s0m is the most marketable. that and him and fns are good friends
GooberBoy [#8]By the start of 2024 he's on one of Sen or NRG for sure(I only say SEN because if they flop IMO some BR team picks up Sacy and Pancada and SEN rebuilds around Zekken)
from the global contract database i think the whole sen roster is signed until the end of 2024 besides tenz (ends at the end of 2023) so prob not likely
nrg is more likely because s0m contract ends after this year

contract doesnt matter they can bench or other orgs can buyout the contract
fardeengg [#15]contract doesnt matter they can bench or other orgs can buyout the contract
to say contracts dont matter is a stretch lol this thread is literally about a plyer whose contract indeed did matter also another point is if loud didnt have the money to keep sacy and pancada what brazil team has the money to buy them out? doesnt make sense
zardinez [#17]He should be fr, same with Valyn
valyn ain’t gon leave the guard they’re gonna have to make it to franchising the hard way
rjsperm [#18]valyn ain’t gon leave the guard they’re gonna have to make it to franchising the hard way
Precisely :)

nrg may be low on money bc of the optic players, but for sure they try and punt on the high buyout of skuba right? skuba is astronomically better than s0m i feel
