for me 2x - first thing in the morning and again before bed at night

1 or 2 times a day. In the morning and in the evening if I have exercised or have gel in hair etc.

what time depends how i am feeling. usually night tho

for me, my hair is pretty straight and thin naturally so i should shower daily or else my hair gets really greasy
