I'd say that Japan lacks a lot of tactical fps knowledge. They have aim and play other shooters but they really need more experience playing tactical fps csgo/valorant.

yeah the Korean and Russian players can farm money and social media followers from the JP scene while keep being relevant there since the level of the local talents are still below them, so good for them I guess.

honestly japanese scene is pretty good place to play as a pro. The viewership there is huge and they can get their name out.
