I hope every teams skin will have unique last kill animation with their star players’ voice or something like that. I would give my left kidney for a skin that cNed talks when you get the last kill

Or they could do something similar to what MLBB have done with their team emotes. For example NAVI skin could have a sound effect that says NaviNation or some kind of slogan thing when you get the last kill

Doubt so, teams already get a lot of money from Riot for being in franchise, it makes sense that more popular teams get more. Also look at champions skins, that's a lot of money
