Oxygen Esports

Whats your guys opinions on Oxygen Esports. Personally i think they are a really good team that is very capable of making it to franchising with the current roster they have.

Originally Oxygen Esports was a EMEA team that was centered in Turkey and had a, full Turkish roster and did pretty well in most VCT EMEA Challengers. Mainly getting to Playoffs for most of the time but never really succeeded in getting to any LANs throughout the year and i think this is the reason why Oxygen left EMEA to go to NA.

Also during his time Oxygen Esports did have a Americas team that was named Oxygen Academy, that did really well in the T2 scene but struggled to go any further and normally bombing out of Challengers Open Qualifiers but did start to make a rise again at the end of 2022, and this may have led to Oxygen promoting their academy team to the main team.

When Oxygen made their academy team their main roster they dropped nearly every player on the roster apart from Verno, and put Reduxx as a sub cause of his young age and signed 4 new players that we are very familiar with in the T2 scene of valorant and can possibly, be very good in T1 play and with this roster they were able to qualify for the NA Challengers Split 1 which is already a big achievement.

tryna see how they perform against unfranchised powerhouses like sr and m80, but by inspection alone they have a pretty intimidating roster, and should be able to perform at that level. skuba, reduxx and verno are all very insane players, and mitch has t1 exp, which is always good ig. the road to ascension is hella rough, but i think they have just as much a chance as any of the top t2 teams, no more, no less.

i think theyll do good against them definetely a underdog in Challengers

thought this roster looked great.
but they were shaky during open quals.
think the other big teams in challengers will beat them initially.
Verno imo is kinda where trent was 1 ish years ago.

Well to be fair it's a big tournament with alot on the line
