degredation of society. the lines are blurring and they want to keep greying the lines till we don't have a moral compass. but they plan against Allah, and He is the best of planners. All humans have been blessed with a natural inclination of morality since birth we just have to keep standing our ground against fahisha(indecency and lewdness).

thats why the judge should give parental rights on case by case basis

Most divorces are not based on abuse what are you talking about?

i dont think there should be any generalisation with these cases.
especially with how impactful they are to all parties.
each case should be taken uniquely
