You don't have to be
because major movie studios are lazy, uncreative and want easy money. Shit movies like these make money. Movies like Dune just because someone mentioned it are so risky because they are slow and long. Great for storytelling and world/character building but sadly your average zoomer will find it boring. Good example is Andor right now its great series and IMO best Star Wars show but still I see bunch of comments calling it boring and trash because not constant fan service and lightsaber action. Sad reality.
