No it literally shows Navi vs Fpx 3-2 and Navi vs Fpx 1-2 matches in all of their head to heads for every team

its not a bug, there are two cores registered for navi:
the old one and the ex-fpx one
if you go to their match history it shows the games of both cores, but you can set it to just one of them

It is a bug on on vitality head to heads with Navi for the up coming match and you will see the last two matches of the head to head aren’t actually against VIT
