That's not the case . It's incompetent org people who take bad decisions and many lazy players who don't wna achieve anything.
For example GE could've built a much better roster with cracked 16-18yo but they chose to keep the ass players. The org people are short sighted and don't know much about raising talent

It's even worse in SG . Everyone just obsess about education here and esports nonexistent but the best players work rly hard

everyone obsesses over education especially if ur middle class
u either become a doctor or an engineer or noone rly respects you
most indian kids lose access to their pc's from the age of 14-15 till college so that they only focus on studies
example is me :(

Beleive me like in prime SG has country service Indian parents take away pc or ame related stuff from 15 y old to 18 y old untill you are in college and free, and ah yes very few wanna prioritise taking shot at esports to their career in IT
