In Asian countries (except Korea) most of us cannot afford quality pcs like Europeans and there is so less game population

Germany is not average european country, they are one of the richest and are the richest by far among the big european powers. Compare Russia gdp per capita/HDI to other european countries and india/brazil and you will see the difference, you dont need a norwegian salary to be able to afford a pc either lmao, also you dont seem to be taking into account that prices of products are different depending on the purchasing power of said country, also remember Russia is a FEDERATION that goes from Europe to bordering with Alaska so there are some remote regions that lower the average salary, western Russia which is where 99% of top russian players are from have a good quality of life comparable to the average european country, not the same to be from moscow (most populated european city btw) or chechnya

You are the delusional one here, take a look at the data, western Russia is on a similar level to for example baltic countries who are known to have some of the best pro players per population ratio in fps games
why? even if its not the case for you brazil is big and although not rich it is still richer and more developed than most countries so chances are that a 210M country can produce top players specially if the interest in fps games is that big and russia is fairly rich, you can check the data
difference between cis average salary and asian countries isnt big and cis breeds so much talent in every esport,even a team from Kazakhstan in cs has won a major and a lot of them have to play with like 100 ping in faceit

it's politics, almost every underdeveloped country doesn't have industrialization, investment in high tech and rely on commodities. Because of that they have to import eletronics and sell way more expansive(and this afect the game scenario).
