But since they started below 18 and worked up, they r not allowed to cross the line

i think they stop but then the game will die because there will be no new good content besides map. characters will get broing once you play them all the times so its nice to refresh yourself with someone new. idk

the more agents, the more diverse the cast and thus more interesting the meta. creativity in team comps will only get better as more characters are added due to team's playstyles are catered towards with the wider range of agent picks possible. as long as most characters remain in a fairly balanced state they shouldn't stop adding agents any time soon.

id like them to stop once they have enough agents to comfortably implement a pick/ban system. It doesnt need to be too bloated with hundreds of agents, but 50-60 would probably suffice to allow their to be a healthy spread in the meta and still have go to agents, along with being able to have a ban system.
