Imo it has to be T1, they literally own a commercial building in gangnam

Quite small compared with CN gaming houses

Always used to think it was EDG, or perhaps other Chinese orgs, the facilities they have over there look incredible, but T1 are doing a good job of challenging them

T1's is cool, but I like Liquid's Netherlands HQ quite a lot. Its relatively small but chill and located in nice place (I would assume). On top of that all the players have access to apartments rooms so they actually get some privacy if they want and when sleep etc. Much better than sleeping in hotel also.
