sinatraa streaming overwatch with drops enabled

I don't know how drop works but I've read that the owners or idk give sinatraa permission to have drops enabled. does that mean he's on good terms with blizzard again ?

I think they allow drops for streamers that have a decent follower if they ask. I saw f0rsaken having drops when he isn't an ex-overwatch pro player or knows the owner.

ngl Blizzard is desperate for audience knowing that their game will die pretty soon
