T1 1 - 2 DRX
Predicted maps: Lotus, Fracture, Haven. This matchup will be closer than people think imo. T1’s map pool is good for this particular matchup (as was shown in kickoff). Lotus will go T1’s way - they play their comp very well and won’t let drx run them down like sen did. DRX takes Fracture, T1 didn’t look great on it. And Haven is honestly very, and I mean VERY, close. DRX have had their struggles against your iso comp, and Meteor can shine on Iso than regular sentinel in T1’s system. However, i think it will go drx’s way because of quality of individual players
G2 2 - 1 TL
Predicted maps: Lotus, Bind, Fracture. G2 win Lotus, TL win Bind, pretty self-explanatory. I think G2 will let Fracture in because liquid aren’t great on this map either. I’m not sure who’s gonna win it, honestly. It’s very much a 50/50 in my book. I went for G2, though, thanks to the edg game. they got exposed in many ways and probably worked on it (kinda how sen did with lotus)
