Does anybody with health anxiety experience body aches nearly everyday or just me?
I actually work in an ER, a lot of times your insurance card can have triage lines or nurses line to call for free medical advice over the phone
That or you could see if your local hospital offers any triage services.
If you have medicaid you can look into going to an urgent care for body aches as I don't believe that's normal, but I don't have terrible anxiety and can really tell you.

Yea I've been to a few doctors, all of them said its my anxiety that is cuasing the pain but they offer no solution.

Have they done any tests for the body aches, or do they kinda dismiss you once you say you have anxiety

they did Xrays, and muscle weakness tests, also Blood tests. All of them came back normal. The thing is it recently started when I started worrying about having this certain disease after reading about it which is why they think it's all psychological. They believe it's muscle tension from the anxiety

Well it sounds like if they're coming up with the same opinion they could be right.
Heads up I am not anyone who's medically trained, but i do understand that usually doctors have a reason to come to their conclusions
Also if they're doing tests and shit comes back normal i would say thats more credible

Because after practicing physical activities, the “endorphin” hormone is released, popularly known as the happiness hormone, which works as a natural pain reliever, relieving tension and regulating emotions.
