Is Zeta better than Crazy Raccoon?

With the rumoured rosters for each team? Because I just don't see a world where Zeta would get franchised if CR had applied for it

DetonatioN Gaming was founded in 2012, and they are one of the oldest organizations in Japan. They have serious lineage in Japanese Esports.

ZETA DIVISION was known as JUPITER, one of the leading orgs in Japan, and they were founded in 2017. They were basically the 100 Thieves of Japan.

Crazy Raccoon was founded after JUPITER/ZETA (in 2018), and they are more of the hyper-clouted streamer organization, much like Sentinels.

I honestly think had CR not messed up the documents, all three teams would have made it.
