titanwithpp [#2]If Ayrin moved to play for an Indian org from NA, your question should be answered
Im not trying to discredit ayrin by any means, but hes not the hottest player on the market rn, and just cause what seems to be the biggest org in indian esports can cash out some bucks for a solid igl doesn't really tell me much.

IIRC GE isn't the biggest org there, there's some other org that has things much better. Even Entity gaming is better than GE

Sushi_ [#16]goddamn, is pubg large in india?
It was huge, used to get 500-600k views in India alone in big tourneys. Is banned rn tho
Nezko_ [#15]if valorant gets as popular as pubgm in india
lmao third party tos would have bigger prize money than what valorant is offering wkwkwk
That would've been possible if dollars was the same as INR, its not possible now. 1 million dollars mean a prizepool of 7 Crs which isnt possible

Yeah but he must have gotten a good offer to consider the move right?
titanwithpp [#25]Yeah but he must have gotten a good offer to consider the move right?
Anyone would rather play in franchise rather than ascension unless you are a 6th man. He must have accepted because he has no other offers, otherwise he would stay in NA. He most likely wouldn't have made it to a franchise team if he didn't join GE.
titanwithpp [#2]If Ayrin moved to play for an Indian org from NA, your question should be answered
No, he only went there because no other na team would have offer him a spot. India’s gdp is in the top 10 no doubt. So, there is definitely money there so who knows.

Aryin is good pickup as a player for OUR REGION.
There are ofc better players than ayrin in your regions but for us it's not the case.

GDP doesn't really matter that way in esports . They has a very very low per capita income
India has large prize pool because it can pull numbers which the sponsors love also the fact that it's a fast developing economy so everyone want to invest
