What are the fucking rules regarding import players? Apparently Ban, born in South Korea and with South Korean citizenship is still considered an NA import? the fuck is that shit?
How long does someone have to be living someplace for them to no longer be considered an import? Is Dephhh still an import? Where is the line?
From the rulebook:
A Team Member who has dual citizenship or otherwise qualifies as a Resident of more than one country cannot be a Resident of two League Territories simultaneously. Once a Team Member declares residency for a Team in a League, in order to switch residency to another League the Team Member must have participated in at least fifty percent (50%) of regular season matches of their Team within that League in its most recent split (or most recent Season if there are not multiple splits).
