How many teams per league master

...and Champs ??? Since only 3 Leagues each League 10 teams. So 4 top teams per leagues in Masters/Champs. kind weird cause only 10 teams :)

"Kickoff Tournament's winner will earn their region an extra slot at Masters 2023." So the region winner, probably goes with 6 slots for champions

Champs is 4 each
Masters is 5 each and I believe the region that wins Kickoff tournament guarantees extra slot
