just made a vlr account recently (always just been reading not posting) but WSET has been my favorite team since BCJ signed bcos he was one of my fav apex players.
WSET trivia: zekken joining the team was completely out of left field. they had pureR as duelist (and doing well) and were looking to find a good igl so they held tryouts/scrims for it. zekken played against the main roster in them and dropped 50+ kills on a map and was a freak the entire time basically giving them no choice but to sign him. They were gonna do a 6 man roster but management said no. they took a wild risk because zekken was 16 at the time, wasn't sure he wanted to be a pro esports player, couldn't travel with the team as often, and they already had a good duelist player. they thought he could be the next asuna so they just sent it
XSET played really well! Crazy having all 3 EMEA teams in lowers, but any of those teams could make a run. Good luck to them all!
