Tbf, a lot of people were saying that. They had more of a point when running chamber on like 75% of maps was almost required. Will has always been pretty good, just sadge for him that he couldn't fit well into the chamber meta.

They said that bc Will looked awful on Chamber for a long stretch of VCT
