Doesn't this confirm it for Valo too? Like would Riot consider it a conflict of interests if they both are in the league separately? And if one of the two doesn't make it I guess they would make the other reach an agreement?

It is, but still both orgs are gonna have to become like "close friends". Plus KOI could have used this to get a better agreement in LOL since they had a higher chance of getting in than Rogue, be like if you give me a better deal here I'll partner with you in valo too yk
