it is above average right? so technically yes its high elo but not really at the same time
any elo below rank 1 is low elo because there is always room to be higher
before the new rank it was objectively a high elo rank but had low wlo players
now it's just low elo rank

i play 250 rr and people arent trash.
As a d2 (my/sg servers and sometimes mumbai) player myself I can confirm that ever since ascendant came out diamonds are fkin bots(including me). Always someone goes afk in my lobby like fkin irons . Trash low elo players 🗑️
