It's not hate speech at all, sometimes it used as a facade for people being freely toxic
the only solution is the org itself to act according what it needs to be done to the culprit themselves when banter is beyond limit

dude making an apology is normal. its common sense. don't act like you're promoting toxicity in our scene. both sides are to blame. but this toxic attitude needs to be stopped. And I agree death threats are always bad.

Yeah. They say they are more mature than mobile game fans, but in the end they still attack those who only trashtalk/taunting. In fact, to be honest, there's a few of our players 'underestimate' another team (Remember what Tehbotol said before match vs Xia?) , and of course it's just a trashtalk.
